Hello there and nice to meet you all. My name is Megan and I begun my fitness journey as a 16 year old cardio bunny who would spend hours running, cycling and swimming everyday, then return home for a low calorie dinner before spending the rest of the night wondering why I didn’t have abs yet. The result – A skinny, exhausted, constantly ill teenager with no time to do anything but workout.
My passion for fitness and nutrition was born as a result of rectifying the sorry state I had gotten myself into and by the age of 19 I was back on my feet, competing alongside my Mum in Scottish road cycling and also training as part of a triathlon team. Since then my fascination with improving health has continued to grow and I am now a Nutrition student and a recently qualified personal trainer.
My goal is to help others to understand how vital nutrition is and how to work your diet around your fitness goals. No more fad diets and excessive amounts of exercise, My aim is to help people achieve balance and understanding.
