First dessert concocted using one of my @bewshbox IIFYM supplements! Peep that @sinisterlabs Sinfit Snickerdoodle Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie from the February Bewsh Box! This was the first Sinfit Cookie I’ve tried and damn it was delicious!?? ALSO ☝️ check out those FLUFFY layers made using my @nutrithority Cinnamon Roll Isothority! This flavor was perfect with the cookie! Photos don’t give the thick layers their due justice I swear lol. Recipe below!?
Ingredients
◾️28 grams Cinnamon Roll Iso Whey.
◾️3 grams Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa.
◾️5 grams cake flour.
◾️1 tsp baking powder.◾️120 grams canned pumpkin.
◾️46 grams egg whites .
Method
???Whisk dry ingredients together and then add in wet ingredients and stir into a batter.
???Pour batter into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes .
Frosting
◾️200 grams nonfat plain Greek yogurt mixed with 7 grams sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix and 3 grams chocolate sprinkles .
◾️Toppings.
◾️3 grams EACH Hershey’s Cinnamon Chips and Baker’s Corner Milk Chocolate Chips.
◾️12 grams @aldiusa Millville Cinnamon Toast Squares crumbled.
◾️50 grams of my @sinisterlabs Sinfit Snickerdoodle Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie (whole cookie (83 grams) is in photo)
